Canada treated me good. Golden stars. Amazing weather. Saw some friends. Poutine was amazing.  Ma and Dad was wonderful. Amazing.

Another picture of Irina and Nina, taken in Europe. Rue is green with envy. (Even though, Europe isn't a destination I'd like to go. Its the thought of being free, exploring the unknown and manifest into another culture drives me up the wall and beyond.)

No exciting updates to date.

Washington DC is filthy hot and humid during summer time. Me no like. Hence, the expression, "Tied down in Washington DC." I'm on a short leash here. Anyway, some may stand it well, but I am among these who whine during the heat. Hm. A confession here. *rolling eyes*

No big trips for me this summer, even though I probably will go to Greenville, PA to visit Mich's grandparents for a weekend. This includes going up north to get my i-20 visa stamped so I can enroll in classes this upcoming Sept. Many r hittin Europe this summer, including my sister and her girlfriend. Hm. I'm thinking of saving money for a big trip next summer in order to celebrate my graduation from Gallaudet. Damn, I've been in and out of Gallaudet since 1998. After ten friggin' years, it'd be about time. Ah school, and i do not mix well, that is. Of course, wanderlustin' kicks in oftentimes and I've been tempted one too many times to arrange a trip abroad - just by a spontaneous nature of mine, and just fly. This isn't the case right now -- hm. A personal struggle it is, isn't it - or I'm giving in to reality?

The newest thing up to now is that I've moved into a new place, an English basement few blocks away from my old place with Mich. We went through several horrendous occurrences at this place - flooding, sewage outburst (ick ick big-time) but all of it's sorted out well. Thanks to our fantastic landlord.

A so-called summer to date. :)

I'd finish this off with a picture of Nina and Irina in Paris, France. Taken a few days back then. They look gorgeous.

Nina, Irina.

PS, The Alchemist is a fantastic summer read. (Spiritual read, but it has philosophical insights thrown into the story -- basically beautifully narrated.)
